Your Role:
The Remote Corporate Accountant will manage accounting tasks such as payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and expertise in accounting software to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Expense Management: Process payables, expense reports, AMEX charges, and annual 1099s.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage client ACHs, invoicing, third-party app billing, and affiliate revenue share.
- Payroll: Record liability payments, process HSA contributions, garnishments, and track bonuses/commissions.
- Financial Reporting: Support month- and year-end tasks, reconciliations, and provide accurate financial reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in full-charge bookkeeping and 2+ years with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Skills: Strong Excel abilities (pivot tables, power query a plus), problem-solving, and time management.
- Attributes: GRIT mindset (Gratitude, Resilience, Integrity, Teamwork).
- Proficiency: Familiarity with BILL, Tallie, SaasAnt, or similar software preferred.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
