Remote Senior Accountant

Your Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll manage complex accrual-based accounting for multiple clients, working independently and leveraging advanced accounting skills. You’ll handle everything from financial reporting and payroll to tax compliance and process improvements, while maintaining exceptional client communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage books for multiple clients on an accrual basis, overseeing A/R, A/P, and job costing.
• Complete accurate monthly close processes, financial reporting, and trend analysis.
• Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and fixed asset management.
• Track inventory, prepare cash flow reports, and manage financing transactions.
• Collaborate with clients via virtual meetings, ensuring excellent service.
• Lead process improvements by implementing innovative technology solutions.
• Create and maintain accurate Client Procedure Manuals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in full-charge bookkeeping and 2+ years with QuickBooks or NetSuite.

• Skills: Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop/Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and third-party tools like Bill.com, Jirav, and Tallie.
