Remote Senior Accountant - Netsuite

Your Role:
As a Senior Accountant specializing in NetSuite, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role within the Implementation Team. You’ll handle full-cycle accounting, special projects, and onboarding tasks, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients. This role focuses on deliverables and support rather than direct client interaction, though occasional email correspondence may occur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounting, including A/P, A/R, and general ledger tasks.
- Set up vendor and customer accounts, post journal entries, and reconcile daily deposits.
- Assist with monthly close processes and document financial reports.
- Support onboarding by assessing client needs, training Accountants, and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with Onboarding Success Managers to achieve client goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–3 years with NetSuite (finance module) and SMB clients ($5M–$50M market).
- Attributes: GRIT mindset (Gratitude, Resilience, Integrity, Teamwork).
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables), Microsoft Office, and new software applications.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong decision-making and customer service skills.
