Data Analyst
The Data Analyst plays a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, optimizing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Analytics & Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing, analyze product metrics, and evaluate customer behaviors to inform feature enhancements and optimize user experiences.
- Performance Monitoring: Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Insight Generation: Use quantitative analysis to uncover actionable insights and deliver compelling data narratives to guide business and product strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to execute data-driven projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in data analytics or related roles, with experience in cloud platforms (e.g., GBQ, Snowflake, Redshift). Preferred experience in technical roles at leading technology or professional services companies.
Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques such as regression, A/B testing, and causal inference.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments effectively.
Working Relationships
Collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams, as well as analysts and data scientists across the organization, fostering efficiency and shared expertise.
