Have you had a recent medical test which required a clinic/lab to provide a confirming the result? This project aims to collect images of physical lab results for Molecular, Antigen and Antibody testing that includes clear diagnostic results e.g., Covid, Influenza, Mammogram, Blood Glucose, Calcium, Cholesterol etc.
Each image must be taken of a physical document which has come from a clinic/lab and shows clearly the test that was undertaken and the result of that test.

Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must have a physical/paper copy of lab test result (No online results will be accepted)
The payment you see is based on one (1) acceptable image/form which passed Appen's quality checks. You may submit more than one test result; assuming the form/test is unique across submissions.
