Business Development Representative

Pressable, a premium WordPress hosting company under Automattic, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and setting up meetings for senior sales team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify inbound leads and engage potential customers through discovery calls, emails, and chats.
  • Educate prospects on Pressable’s managed WordPress hosting solutions.
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales reps and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills to connect with prospects effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for solving problems.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management.
  • 1-2 years of BDR/SDR experience preferred, plus knowledge of WordPress and managed hosting.
