Lead Designer
Bounteous x Accolite seeks a passionate Lead Designer to join their growing Experience Design team. This role involves leading and shaping high-quality, creative, and impactful design projects across industries. As a Lead Designer, you’ll drive conceptual solutions, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, client-valued experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and share best practices for exceptional design solutions.
- Lead detailed, accessible, and on-brand digital initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Present design decisions confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Conduct research and apply insights to develop innovative concepts.
- Stay updated on design trends, especially in the digital space.
- Build strong relationships with project and client teams.
- Lead small project tracks independently and mentor junior designers.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of web design experience, ideally within a digital agency.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong client presentation skills and the ability to lead projects end-to-end.
- Motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
