Senior Campaign Developer

Bounteous seeks a Senior Campaign Developer to join its Martech Engineering team, driving impactful, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for ambitious global brands. This role involves implementing, troubleshooting, and refining technical aspects of campaigns, collaborating with strategy, creative, and technical teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Configure and manage multi-channel campaigns, journeys, and messages per business requirements.
• Collaboration: Communicate with internal and external teams to establish campaign priorities, workflows, and deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA to ensure campaigns meet client specifications.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the main contact for campaign issues, escalating and resolving problems promptly.
• Process Optimization: Refine operational workflows and recommend improvements to enhance scalability.
• Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, digital message rendering, and knowledge of Pardot or similar platforms.
• Organizational Strength: Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and clients.
• Adaptability: Quick problem-solving skills and flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
