About the Role:
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations by providing accurate information and support over the phone. You’ll ensure positive customer interactions by leveraging your empathy, problem-solving skills, and program knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries about NJ Family Care.
- Provide clear, accurate information on program policies and guidelines.
- Document enrollment requests, complaints, and grievances.
- Input application and enrollment details into web-based systems.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of NJ Family Care rules and policies.
Schedule:
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5–6 weeks).
- Shifts: Monday and Thursday (8:00 AM–8:00 PM), Tuesday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic understanding of call center environments and customer service processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Applicants must reside outside of AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY, Puerto Rico, or specific metro areas (e.g., Minneapolis, NYC, Portland, Montgomery County, Seattle, Washington DC).
