Join Facet’s Data Science & Analytics team and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions across our operations and product teams. As a Lead Data Analyst, you’ll create actionable insights, evaluate performance, and uncover opportunities to optimize growth, margin, and retention. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally, embed yourself within teams, and tackle complex challenges while leveraging your analytical and technical expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Create Visibility: Provide teams with clear, actionable data to measure and improve performance.
- Drive Improvement: Analyze data to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and educate stakeholders on insights to refine strategies.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with leaders across all departments, fostering trust and aligning analytics with business goals.
- Data Engineering: Collect, clean, and preprocess data, collaborating with Analytics Engineering to maintain optimized data models.
- Ensure Quality: Review code for accuracy, clarity, and bias while promoting best practices in data handling.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or decision science, with 3+ years focusing on consumer data.
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, and Google Sheets.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside engineers and data scientists.
- Expertise in key consumer tech metrics such as LTV, CAC, ARR, retention, and behavioral data.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, Segment, and Iterable.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial planning or consumer tech.
- Skills in Python, Airflow, and scriptable BI tools like Streamlit or Dash.
