About the Role:

As a Senior Back End Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems, enabling seamless functionality for diverse applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver robust and reliable solutions for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable, high-performance backend systems using languages like Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.
• Develop and maintain APIs for front-end integration.
• Ensure system reliability through redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery planning.
• Perform security assessments to enhance application safety.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Stay updated on backend technologies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to define and meet application requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, or Java).
• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with WordPress, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Git and Agile workflows.
