Do I qualify for a Quickbooks Live Bookkeeping role?

Remote bookkeeping qualifications include:

3+ years of paid experience in a bookkeeper job or role for a small business
Active QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification (at start date)
Minimum of one year of experience working with QuickBooks Online
Online proficiency with technology; solid knowledge of computer software
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video in a professional manner

How will I communicate with customers?

Most of our bookkeepers work at home in an area where they can handle calls privately. However, just because it’s remote doesn’t mean you’ll ever be on your own. Every day, you’ll work together with other bookkeepers to help small businesses and grow your own expertise.

What equipment do I need for this position?

As a QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper, you will receive an Intuit laptop, preloaded with all the tools and systems you need to help customers. You will also need a dedicated internet connection.

Where will I work?

This is a remote position where you will work virtually in a dedicated workspace where you can interact with customers on video without interruption.

Will training be available?

Yes, there will be thorough training on every aspect of the role, including:

detailed expectations for the role
the software you’ll use to conduct video calls with customers
how to handle everyday situations and more

It consists of a 2-week, self-led and instructor-led, online training with ongoing check-ins with managers. There will always be support available for you at any point, whether it’s before, during, or after training.

What shifts are available?

We are looking to cover operating hours from 6AM to 6PM PST, Monday through Friday. You will have a fixed schedule. And you will choose the set schedule you'd like to work within the QuickBooks Online regular business hours (6AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday).

How will I be paid?

You will be paid hourly. Pay is determined by regional location, interview, and years of experience.
