Job Description: Magic Ears is seeking passionate and enthusiastic English teachers to join its team of dedicated professionals. The role involves delivering fun and effective lessons to young learners through a state-of-the-art virtual classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-on-1 or small group English classes for students aged 4-12
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on provided materials
- Encourage active participation and monitor student progress
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents after each class
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Education-related field preferred)
- Teaching certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA) is a plus
- Prior teaching experience with young learners is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet teaching environment
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week
