Responsibilities:

  • Execute and refine SEO strategies to drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategies.
  • Manage the blog process from content creation to publishing.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar.
  • Monitor and report on blog performance.
  • Implement backlink-building strategies.
  • Update and optimize old blog posts for accuracy and performance.
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with AI search and pSEO strategies.

Capabilities:

  • Exceptional writing skills tailored to specific audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and conceptual skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to summarize complex topics concisely.
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing.
  • Proven ability to draft, edit, and proofread content.
  • Experience or eagerness to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.

Compensation & Hours:

  • $40/hour, depending on experience.
  • Part-time hours initially, with a pathway to full-time (40 hours/week).
