Your Role:
As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the bridge between Nova Credit and our enterprise B2B customers, delivering outstanding support and helping us refine our offerings.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide timely, accurate support across our product suite.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Deployment, and Engineering to resolve issues.
- Act as the “voice of the customer,” sharing insights to improve our platform.
- Create documentation and FAQs to resolve customer pain points.
- Analyze and report on customer trends and anomalies.
Your First Year:
- Month 1: Learn Nova Credit’s products, systems, and customer models.
- Quarter 1: Deliver world-class support, triage issues, and improve customer experiences.
- Year 1: Become a product expert, enhance internal processes, and scale our support strategy.
Your Skills:
- 2+ years in enterprise B2B support for SaaS, FinTech, or similar.
- Strong ownership mindset and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, or Grafana.
- Proficiency with Zendesk and familiarity with logging tools like Datadog.
