About the Role

The Data Analyst will drive data analysis and interpretation to uncover actionable insights that inform business decisions. This role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful recommendations aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize databases, warehouses, and data lakes for scalability and efficiency.
• Data Integration: Combine data from various sources, ensuring transformation and cleansing processes.
• Pipeline Development: Design and maintain scalable pipelines to process and store data.
• Performance & QA: Monitor and improve data system reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with teams across disciplines to provide insights and troubleshoot issues.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles, ideally in the gaming industry.
• Experience supporting live-service games, from planning to post-launch updates.
• Proven track record with at least one shipped AAA game on console or PC.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and Elasticsearch queries.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Analytics/Data and modern tools like Hadoop.
• Expertise in A/B testing, consumer behavior analysis, and campaign performance optimization.
• Ability to explore innovative ideas and refine them into actionable, shippable features.
• Nice to have: Experience with first- or third-person shooters.
