About the Role

The Growth Marketing Associate will manage user acquisition efforts across multiple paid channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google UAC, and Ad Networks. Responsibilities include campaign optimization, performance analysis, and collaboration with creative teams to meet short- and long-term acquisition goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various platforms with attention to detail.
• Analyze channel performance at granular levels to inform strategies and make recommendations.
• Suggest data-backed optimization opportunities aligned with team goals.
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external agencies to develop campaign assets.
• Support new channel initiatives as the company diversifies its marketing mix.
• Build and execute channel strategies to achieve acquisition goals.
• Participate in rapid experimentation and iteration to refine marketing efforts.

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in campaign management and optimization (Facebook Ads Manager experience required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams and with partners.
• Advanced Excel skills (experience with BI tools like Looker is a plus).
• Bonus: Proficiency with SQL.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of crafting insights from large data sets to inform decisions.
• Resilient, proactive, and open to giving and receiving feedback.
