The Role
As a Lifecycle Marketing Project Manager, you’ll lead customer journey projects, focusing on CRM and omni-channel strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric go-to-market plans, ensuring quality execution on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lifecycle marketing projects across cross-functional teams.
- Align go-to-market strategies with customer journey maps.
- Organize and prioritize CRM-related projects to enhance bookings and customer experiences.
- Develop and improve go-to-market processes, including intake, documentation, and reporting.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, assessing timelines and leading meetings.
- Act as a communication hub, solving problems and managing partner expectations.
- Maintain CRM reporting and track progress against team metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Lifecycle or CRM marketing.
- Proven expertise in program and process management for complex projects.
- Strong strategic and partnership skills.
- Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to improve processes.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with current CRM trends and practices.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with deliverability best practices.
- Familiarity with ESPs like Iterable.
