Vanta is looking for a Lifecycle Acquisition Lead to drive new customer acquisition through email marketing strategies, including nurtures, newsletters, and campaigns. Your goal will be to optimize the acquisition funnel, ensuring leads and prospects progress efficiently through key pipeline stages.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the lead and prospect nurture strategy, leveraging email marketing to drive conversions.
  • Develop and optimize email touchpoints for consistent messaging across marketing and sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Brand Studio to refine content and messaging.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights to internal stakeholders.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in B2B acquisition.
  • Expertise in email campaign development, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Strong data analysis skills, using insights to drive strategy.
  • Success in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and Asana.
  • Confident communicator, capable of presenting results to executive leadership.
