Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager to lead and grow a design team focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). You’ll drive the evolution of Vanta’s GRC product by redesigning existing features and launching new capabilities, ensuring seamless user experiences across the platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and expand a team of Product Designers across multiple squads.
- Oversee end-to-end design strategy, ensuring coherence across workflows, mental models, and design systems.
- Develop new platform capabilities to serve both fast-moving startups and large enterprises.
- Mentor and coach designers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to align business and user experience goals.
