Software Engineer, Fullstack

Vanta is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to help scale its security platform, enabling businesses to continuously monitor and prove their security posture. You'll work on high-impact projects, optimizing infrastructure, performance, and reliability as Vanta rapidly grows.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring scalable solutions.
• Set technical direction for critical infrastructure to support rapid growth.
• Contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Support design reviews and help teams make informed technical trade-offs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve security monitoring for customers.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 3+ years of industry experience in scalable infrastructure and performance optimization.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and setting architectural direction.
• Background in startup environments or fast-moving teams with a bias for action.
• Experience working on greenfield projects and handling complex engineering challenges.
• Interest in security or experience in building security-related applications.
