Product Design Manager

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a design vision aligned with user needs and company goals.
• Team Development: Mentor and support designers, fostering growth and maintaining high performance.
• Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with product and engineering teams to align priorities and deliver impactful results.
• Design Excellence: Champion accessible, scalable, and high-quality designs that ensure consistency and usability across platforms.
• Efficiency: Streamline workflows and drive progress through operational best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional leadership and UX design experience (7+ years in product/service design or equivalent).
• 4+ years as a Design Manager, working with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Systems thinking with a focus on holistic design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to advocate for design excellence and foster innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing design leadership and hands-on contributions.
• Experience in developer tools, AI, or large language models.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $112,800–$299,300 per year (based on experience and location).
