What You'll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional leadership and UX design experience (7+ years in product/service design or equivalent).
- 4+ years as a Design Manager, working with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Systems thinking with a focus on holistic design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to advocate for design excellence and foster innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Portfolio showcasing design leadership and hands-on contributions.
- Experience in developer tools, AI, or large language models.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $112,800–$299,300 per year (based on experience and location).
