Customer Marketing Lead

As Customer Marketing Lead, you’ll develop and execute data-driven strategies to engage customers, nurture product adoption, and increase retention. From building lifecycle campaigns to analyzing customer insights, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey while managing a team of marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers, promote product adoption, and boost retention.
  • Manage paid media campaigns targeting existing customers, focusing on metrics like CAC.
  • Create automated email campaigns for onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization.
  • Oversee and provide feedback to team members on the Customer Marketing team.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, with a focus on customer journey optimization.
  • 2–3 years of team management experience.
  • Proven success in managing paid social and display campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Expertise in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Intercom) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, HEX).
  • Strong project management skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000–$110,000/year, with bonus and equity opportunities.
