Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving account inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and web-based applications. Your passion for customer service and problem-solving will help deliver world-class experiences in every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle 40–50 inbound customer calls daily, providing clear, accurate information.
• Resolve account-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and process transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and guidelines.
• Support other team members during peak workloads or absences.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated work area.
• Successful completion of a background check, credit check, and security clearance.
• Ability to complete a 3–6-week paid training program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of call center experience.
